To achieve its safety goals, OBB has implemented a comprehensive suite of advanced technologies and protocols. Firstly, our delivery robots are equipped with 360-degree LiDAR sensors and RGBD cameras, providing a comprehensive view (as far as 15 meters) of their surroundings and enabling precise object detection and avoidance.

Secondly, OBB's reinforcement learning based local planner analyze sensor data in real-time, making split-second(0.3s) decisions to navigate safely through crowded streets and around potential obstacles.

Finally, OBB maintains a robust human supervision system, with both on-site safety controllers (during alpha test stage) and remote operators monitoring the robots' performance and intervening when necessary to ensure the safe and seamless delivery of goods.
